clearwater forest

Staying overnight in the summer camp cabins, making good friends, and being encouraged by compassionate and highly trained counselors are just some of the great aspects of a week at Clearwater Forest for this age group (entering grades 7-9)! Each week is filled with fun, action packed activities, and games. Outdoor experiences such as canoeing, kayaking, hiking, and campfires also add to the memories-in-the-making. Most weeks will also take part in a nightly camp-out, including cooking, and awesome evening games!

summer 2019

Come spend a week taking specialty classes, where you can sign up for in-depth sessions of photography, girl empowerment, art, mountain biking, orienteering, and more! At night, you will be in a cabin with other Junior High-aged campers, and during the day, you will participate in whichever sessions you select! This is a perfect opportunity for independent thinkers or campers looking to try new things in a safe environment.

Join us during this exciting week where we will explore all corners of Clearwater Forest, learn about our local ecology in both land and water, observe Clearwater’s wildlife, and find ways to be faithful stewards of God’s creation. Don’t fret; we will still have time to engage in the usual camp activities (with an Eco-friendly twist)!

Spend the week at Clearwater learning knot tying, equipment management, and, of course, how to sail! Campers will sail on Clearwater Lake during the day, and participate in evening activities with the rest of camp at night. Excellent instruction and lots of water, games, and fun help make this week unforgettable!

If you are the type of camper whose favorite activities include swimming, kayaking, canoeing, slip and slides, fishing, and paddle boarding, this camp is definitely for you! We may even move worship to the lake and splash around as we dance and praise God!

Spend the week doing all the traditional activities of camp. We will head to the archery range, spend time on the lake kayaking and canoeing, worship with your friends, play hilarious games, swim in Clearwater Lake, create many fun crafts, and make life-long memories.

We like to go out with a bang at Clearwater, and if you have not made it to this camp yet, now is your chance! The last week of the summer is something to be experienced. Incredible worship, many opportunities to make new friends, and huge all-camp games are all part of this amazing, spirit-filled week!

A great opportunity for kids who are curious about camping. This is a rustic camping experience at Clearwater, including tent camping, cooking over a fire, stargazing, and more.

At Clearwater we believe every kid should get to experience summer camp, regardless of their family’s financial situation. For this reason, we use a 3 Tier pricing structure (see below). Each family can decide for themselves which level suits their needs. The level you choose is completely confidential and has no impact on the quality of your child’s camp experience.
