    Online Registration

    Set up an account in our secure online database. This account is for your family. You may make reservations for summer camp, retreats throughout the year and other events through this account. All forms, permissions and waivers for any camp or retreat will be completed online. A confirmation receipt followed by detailed communication will be emailed to the primary account holder. This will include links to a packing list and other necessary information regarding the program you registered for. Register Online Now

Registration FAQs

Fees are due paid in full 10 days before any camp session begins. If registration occurs within 10 days prior to the start of the session, all fees are due with registration

Realizing that everyone has a different ability to pay, Clearwater Forest has instituted a voluntary three-tier fee program. You may choose the tier that is most suitable for your situation. It is really a free will system; you tell us what is affordable for you or your family.  All participants receive the same Clearwater Forest experience no matter what they pay!  For those who cannot afford Tier 1, additional financial assistance is available to ensure that all children, youth and adults have the wonderful opportunity to attend camp. In addition, some families might use this system to give themselves a multi-child or multi-week discount.

Tier I is our historically subsidized rate and does not reflect the true cost of operating summer camp programs.
Tier II is our partially subsidized fee for those who can pay a little more but still cannot afford the actual cost of camp.
Tier III more closely accounts for the true costs of camp, including wear and tear of facilities and grounds.

OUR GOALS:

  • To serve all community income levels.
  • To preserve camp for generations to come.

Again, this program is voluntary and in no way influences the experience anyone will receive. It offers the opportunity for families/individuals to take an active role in supporting the true cost of any camp experience at Clearwater Forest!

Note: Weekly and biweekly sessions increase by $50 per tier; programs shorter than one week increase by $30 per tier.

We want everyone to experience Clearwater Forest! Please check with your local Presbyterian Church first, and then check with the Clearwater Forest office where additional financial assistance may be available. More scholarship resources here.
Each camp fee includes a minimum non-refundable deposit of $100. If registering within ten days of the start date for the camp, all fees are due at the time of registration.
Camp fees may be transferred to another session of camp or refunded (minus the $100 deposit) up to 10 days prior to the start of any session. Any amount of financial assistance received for a camper that cancels will be refunded only to the provider of the financial assistance. Cancellations due to sudden illness, injury or extreme weather will be refunded the full amount at Clearwater Forest’s discretion.
Clearwater Forest does not prorate the fees for any programs. If a camper or guest is to arrive late or depart earlier than the scheduled program times, please notify the camp office.
